RMCL provides a wide range of parts across SG Iron Casting and Grey Iron Casting. RMCL has two ferrous foundries located in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. Our foundries are equipped to produce iron casting weighing from 0.6 kgs to 200 kgs.
- SG Iron Casting facility capable of producing various parts upto 28kgs. We have 2 DISA vertical lines with the largest box size of 650x535x150~390.
- Grey iron casting facility capable of producing parts upto 200 kgs. We have 2 DISA vertical Lines, 1 HWS Horizontal Line & 1 GFD Horizontal Line, with the largest box size of 1200X1050X400.
- Technologically advanced manufacturing set-up with auto pouring, sand mixing, auto fettling.
- Capabilities to handle wide variety of products with weight range of 0.6 Kgs to 200 Kgs.
- Flexible manufacturing lines capable of accommodating range of volumes.
