In addition to the integrated machining facilities at the forging and casting plants, Revent has established dedicated machining centres of excellence at Dharuhera, Haryana and Sanaswadi, Maharashtra, equipped with state of the art machining centres, providing complete capability for precision machining of the full gamut of cast and forged products.

We have machining lines comprising CNCs, VMCs, VTLs, HMCs, Induction Hardening machines, Grinding & Broaching machines with capabilities of producing various product families like Crankshafts, Balancer Shafts, End Yokes, Shifter Forks, Bridge fork bottom, Sector shafts, Pole Claw, Pole Piece etc
Gears & Shafts
A dedicated gear plant at Sanaswadi, Maharashtra capable of machining a wide range of ‘Shaved’ and ‘Ground’ gears and shafts. The facility is equipped with Hobbing & Shaving machines, Sealed Quench Furnaces, Outer and Inner Diameter Grinding and Teeth Grinding equipment.
- Din -7-8 Duly heat treated through gear shaving route.
- Din -5-6 Duly heat treated through gear grinding route.
- Gears with maximum diameter of 300 and Module max 6.
LINEUP OF CAST MACHINES
Flywheel Assembly
End to end manufacturing lines comprising Vertical Turning Lathes, Induction Heaters, Vertical Machining Centres, Automatic Balancing and Gauging machines.
Break Drum Assembly
Full fledged set-up with robotic paint shop to produce brake drums of maximum diameter of 300mm, Length 100mm, Weight 10 Kgs.
CNC Machines
Machining plants with CNC, VMC, HMC (Makino & Moriseiki) & Honing (Nagel) machines with capabilities to machine large casting parts like Engine Cylinder Blocks And Heads, Housings, Differential Cases, Flywheel Housings, Bed Plate Inserts and Bed Plate Housings etc.
